Spend 6 days exclusively focused on developing your skills, building strength, and enhancing your mobility.
WHAT
Each day will consist of a combination of preparatory work to prime the body for the day’s training, handstand and mobility work in the afternoon, and strength or recovery to finish each day.
WHY
Our body needs a combination of strength, flexibility, and coordination to function well for the long term. Combining these elements in a structured and methodical way allows us to develop our capacity while also keeping ourselves healthy for the long term.
HOW
We will work hard and I will share everything in an open and accessible format. The key is to come prepared to work hard and sleep well. The training protocol for each day will take care of the rest.
WHERE
You will stay and train at Casa Om in Puerto Morelos. Two meals will be provided each day and you will have an extended afternoon break to get lunch, rest, and take care of any daily obligations you need to sustain throughout the week, etc.
WHO
This retreat is beginner friendly. Most skill levels are welcome, but you should have a basic level of fitness to enjoy the experience fully.
