Passive Hang

Cues:

  • Relax as much as possible through the entire body
  • Breathe deeply and use each out breath to further relax and allow gravity to lenthen your body
  • You can allow feet to rest behind you on a box if your grip is not strong enough to hold for at least 60s in a set

Mistakes:

  • Adding tension to the hang through bending elbows, contracting scaps, bracing abs, etc
