Cues:
- Lift one leg and lock the knee and point the toe
- Secure balance then lower under control into bottom of squat on one leg
- Keep non-squatting leg rigid as you stand
- Reaching forward with arms will help with balance
Mistakes:
- Bending non-squatting leg
- Allowing non-squatting leg to touch the ground
- Bouncing to compensate for a lack of strength in the squatting motion
