Cues:
- Start in a hollow with shoulders down and feet as low as possible
- Straddle wide, keeping the feet as low as possible, and bring them around to the top
- Roll up until you touch the feet to the floor
- Reverse as slow as possible 10s is a good general time, but slower is great
- Imagine trying to drag the feet on the ground around the outside
Mistakes:
- Bending knees
- Not pointing toes
- Creating momentum, or dropping the legs on the way down
- Failing to straddle as wide and low as your abilities allow
