Cues:
- Work through the positions shown in the video in a freestyle manner
- Spend additional time in positions that are tight or stiff for you individually
- Progressively load more pressure into the wrists as you go to warm up and loosen the tissues and prepare them for training
Mistakes:
- Working through without focusing on where your wrists are tight
- Staying light the entire set and not gradually building pressure
- Zoning out and going through the motions without attention to detail
