Wrist Warm Up

Cues:

  • Work through the positions shown in the video in a freestyle manner
  • Spend additional time in positions that are tight or stiff for you individually
  • Progressively load more pressure into the wrists as you go to warm up and loosen the tissues and prepare them for training

Mistakes:

  • Working through without focusing on where your wrists are tight
  • Staying light the entire set and not gradually building pressure
  • Zoning out and going through the motions without attention to detail
