How Jordan Unlocked His Mobility
When Jordan started, his mobility was limited. At 6’4,” he could barely reach past his knees. After months of trying to figure things out on his own, progress was slow and frustrating.

I know what it’s like to be held back by pain and stiffness.
I spent years beating my body to a pulp with CrossFit, ignoring all the warning signs that it was breaking down. By 30, I had nerve pain and a whole collection of injuries that wouldn’t heal.
Back then, I was all about getting as strong as possible. Being strong is great… but not if it comes at the expense of moving well.

Over the last decade:
I rebuilt my body from the ground up by slowing things down and moving with intention.
I developed a system based on strength, mobility, and control.
And I’ve taught 200+ others how to do the same.
Now, keeping my freedom of movement is my highest priority. I’m not interested in choosing between weights and flexibility. Going “all in” on one direction comes with too many trade-offs, but blending both gives me the best of both worlds — and keeps my body happy.
I’m still strong, but I’m also mobile. My joints don’t hurt when I wake up in the morning. I feel great pretty much all the time.
