Cues:
- Adjust rings so your pulling angle is perpendicular to the strap angle
- Squeeze the scaps together first and then pull the rings deep to the armpits
- Work with the mentality that you can always get a little bit more scap retraction
- Use an angle that allows for a full depth rows
- Keep the ribs down with strong abs and extend through the upper back
Mistakes:
- Pulling at inconsistent angles
- Pulling arms first without scap activation
- Using too difficult of an angle that creates a shortened range of motion
- Arching the back excessively/allowing the ribs to flare open with the pull
